Dr. Josh Green - Psychiatrist

Josh, a board certified psychiatrist, has been in private practice for 14 years. After obtaining a BA in Jewish Studies at the Univeristy of Pennsylvania, he completed medical school at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. To gain yet more letters (and to become a brain scientist), he then finished a PhD in neuroscience at New York University. Finally, deciding that he preferred people to petri dishes after all, he competed a psychiatry residency at the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.

Since finishing psychiatry residency, Josh has approached his work with a wide variety of tools such as psychopharmacology, trauma processing, building emotional, relational and life skills, and by helping patients navigate our complicated and frustrating medical system. Over his career, he has learned and re-learned that people are complex, often requiring multiple theories and approaches on their journey to more satisfying engagement and belonging. When away from other responsibilities, Josh enjoys family, nature walks, Brazilian jiu jitsu, and ukulele.

Josh will be seeing patients at CLIMB on Wednesday mornings. If interested, talk with your CLIMB provider.

Yana Genkil - Physical Therapist

Using a whole-body approach through gentle hands-on-techniques, Yana focuses on balancing the various systems in the body. She integrates a holistic approach to physical therapy using traditional and unconventional manual therapy techniques including visceral manipulation, neural manipulation, visceral vascular manipulation, manual articular techniques, craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, trigger point release, and lymph drainage.  Total body evaluation allows her to find the underlying dysfunctions causing physical symptoms of pain.
