About Us

Concierge Medicine in Lafayette Hill, PA

Founded by friends, Board-Certified Internist, Jessie Fields, and Licensed Counselor, Amy Kempe

With a deep understanding and appreciation for just how complex people are, both Jessie and Amy knew they could better support and treat patients through collaboration… and so CLIMB Health & Wellness was born!

There is so much connectedness in the body, both physically and mentally. At CLIMB, we treat our members in their entirety with a wide range of customizable services. Traditional healthcare separates physical health from mental health from nutrition and exercise. However, these areas are not disparate, but rather very intertwined. By tailoring care to the individual and allowing members to choose their own journey, we strive to provide comprehensive care, holistically treating, supporting, and encouraging our members to be the healthiest version of themselves.

At CLIMB Health & Wellness, we’re proud to be a local women-owned business and part of the vibrant community we serve. Without the influence of venture capital or large corporate healthcare, we can focus entirely on you—our valued members—while staying true to our mission. Every decision we make is with your best interests in mind, and we’re thrilled to continue growing alongside you. Thank you for supporting a business rooted in the community and dedicated to your well-being!

    Jessie Fields, MD

Jessie Fields is a Board-certified Internist and Philadelphia-area native, who has been practicing medicine in the area for over 10 years.

After earning her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from Lehigh University in 2005, Jessie went on to Temple University School of Medicine and received her Medical Degree in 2009. She completed her residency at Tufts Medical Center from 2009-2012. Jessie then worked at an Abington-Jefferson primary care practice for 10 years, providing both in-patient and out-patient care.

Jessie is passionate about preventative medicine. After practicing primary care for over a decade, she has repeatedly seen just how connected the mind and body truly are.

In both her personal and professional life, Jessie has found that the ways in which we use our bodies significantly affects our health outcomes. Exercise has substantial health benefits, not just for the body, but for the mind as well. It is this knowledge that prompted Jessie to become an NASM-certified Personal Trainer in 2019.

Jessie strives to use her medical and fitness knowledge to help others live better, feel better, and be the best and healthiest version of themselves as they continue on their journey through life.

When not working, Jessie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, baking, traveling and exploring the outdoors.

With a passion for helping people learn about themselves, Amy teaches clients to show up to life in ways that are authentic to them. She achieves this by assisting clients to identify their successes and what blocks them from being in alignment.

Amy is committed to destigmatizing mental health and incorporating it into our healthcare.
