The Team
-
Chris Henigan, MS, RD, LDN
Chris Henigan is a Registered Dietitian who has been practicing Nutrition for over 13 years.
After graduating from Drexel University in 2007 with her Master’s in Human Nutrition, she worked in a large Philadelphia-area hospital as an inpatient nutritionist.
Chris went on to work for two more hospitals, again in an inpatient clinical setting. She worked with acutely sick patients with a variety of medical problems, all impacted by their chronic nutrition choices. Her encounters in the hospital made her realize that nutrition is more important before people end up ill and hospitalized, and so she switched gears.
To help people take a proactive approach to their nutrition, Chris partnered with Amanda Stahl to start an outpatient private counseling practice, Simple Start Nutrition, in 2021. The ability to work one-on-one with people and tailor nutrition to meet individual needs is one of Chris’ passions. Her mission is to empower people to develop healthy habits so they can eat real food in real life.
Chris is now settled in Montgomery County raising her two kids. When she’s able to find some free time, she spends it with friends and family, listening to podcasts, and planning her next vacation.
-
Amanda J. Stahl, RD, LDN
Amanda Stahl is a Registered Dietitian who has been practicing for the past 8 years.
Her journey began with her education at La Salle University, where she received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics.
Shortly after completing her degree, she started her career at a Philadelphia-area suburban hospital, while also providing one-on-one nutrition counseling in various doctors’ offices.
Through these experiences, it became very clear to Amanda that personalized nutrition counseling in the outpatient setting was an integral piece in helping to keep individuals healthy and out of the hospital.
This realization motivated her to start Simple Start Nutrition with Chris Henigan in 2021, allowing her to share her knowledge of nutrition and provide individuals with the motivation to make healthy dietary changes that can be continued for a lifetime.
Amanda resides in Philadelphia and, outside of helping others, she enjoys gardening, time spent down the shore with family and friends, and trying new craft beers with her husband.

Maggie Kebler-Bullock, RYT
Maggie is a 500-hour registered yoga instructor who has been practicing yoga for over a decade.
She found yoga during a personal trauma and was quickly drawn to the community, strength of the practice and the devotional experience through Bhakti. She fell in love with the Jivamukti style that was taught at the studio, which incorporated uplifting music, rigorous movement and liberation of the body and soul.
She obtained her 200-hour Vinyasa teaching certificate in 2014 at Buddha B Yoga in Washington, DC and focused on teaching private and semi-private classes.
In 2019 she and her family moved out to the Main Line and she was lucky enough to find Prana Das Yoga in Ardmore, PA. Here she experienced a deep appreciation of Ashtanga and Yin, and in 2020 received an additional 300-hour teaching certificate through the studio. Although a Vinyasa instructor, Maggie draws influence from Ashtanga, Jivamukti and Yin to create a unique, challenging and joyful experience in her classes.
You will leave feeling uplifted and a little sweaty! She is so excited to be working with her best friend, Dr. Fields, and joining the incredible team at CLIMB.
No prior experience is required. Come with an open mind and an open heart.
