Shouldn't my Dr's have this info before I walk into the appt? Don't they want this info so that they can make the best assessments?CLIMB has solved that issue. By working under one roof, you are being seen as a whole patient and not as its parts. Jessie and Amy are the key to comprehensive healthcare.
