Now Available: The Clinician’s Guide for Adult Children of Narcissists
Amy Kempe, MS, LPC, NCC has published her first book with Co-Author, Amy Marlow MaCoy, LPC.
Amy Kempe specializes in stress and stress disorders, from everyday stressors to Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorders. Amy’s sub-specialty is in Narcissistic Abuse and has presented on this topic on local and national platforms long before it became an internet sensation.
Amy’s relationship with Marlow MaCoy started as they both specialized in this topic and found it difficult to find other therapists to refer to that also understood the complex nature of Narcissistic Abuse. In one of their first few meetings, they discussed writing a book for other clinicians to help them understand the nuance and presentations of Narcissistic Abuse. Through their collaborative relationship, they were able to publish this much-needed manual for therapists which has been endorsed by Dr. Ramani Durvasula and Dr. Lindsay Gibson who are both specialists in the field.
The book, The Clinician’s Guide for Adult Children of Narcissists, was published on February 21, 2023, and is available on Amazon and through the publisher, PESI, Inc.
