  • Female primary care doctor in Lafayette Hill, PA

    Jessie Fields, MD

    Jessie Fields is a Board-certified Internist and Philadelphia-area native, who has been practicing medicine in the area for almost 10 years.

    After earning her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from Lehigh University in 2005, Jessie went on to Temple University School of Medicine and received her Medical Degree in 2009. She completed her residency at Tufts Medical Center from 2009-2012.

    Jessie is passionate about preventative medicine. After practicing primary care for over a decade, she has repeatedly seen just how connected the mind and body truly are.

    In both her personal and professional life, Jessie has found that the ways in which we use our bodies significantly affects our health outcomes. Exercise has substantial health benefits, not just for the body, but for the mind as well. It is this knowledge that prompted Jessie to become an NASM-certified Personal Trainer in 2019.

    Jessie strives to use her medical and fitness knowledge to help others live better, do better, and be better as they continue on their journey through life.

    When not working or exercising, Jessie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, baking, traveling and exploring the outdoors.

  • Yoga Instructor in Lafayette Hill, PA

    Blakey Hastings, LMT, C-IAYT

    Blakey went to her first yoga class in 1987, it was in the basement of a new age bookstore in Philadelphia.

    She never forget the feeling of harmony and peace that she felt at the end of that class.

    Blakey returned to the practice intermittently throughout her life and eventually became certified to teach in 2013.

    In 2016, she earned certification as a Yoga Therapist through her work with trauma and addiction recovery.

    Blakey continues to be a student of Yoga, Ayurveda, and Life. She is passionate about fostering wholeness, vitality and joy in others.

    Julian Edwards, NASM-CPT

    Julian Edwards is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer and National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) graduate who has been training for over 10 years.

    Julian is a former D1 Track athlete who personally understands the importance of physical fitness.

    In order to utilize his skills and knowledge to help others, Julian became a trainer and coach.

    He has extensive experience in group exercise and personal training for all fitness levels.

    Julian hopes to bring a high level of energy, challenging workouts and fun to the CLIMB family.

  • Pilates Teacher in Lafayette Hill, PA

    Renee Fields, RN, NCPT

    Renee Fields brings a very diverse background in various healing arts to CLIMB. She has had a passion for exercise of all kinds throughout her life.

    Renee initially worked as a Registered Nurse (RN), but over time, has devoted herself to understanding physical movement and how daily body movements and the daily strains of the modern lifestyle truly impact how we live.

    After becoming a yoga instructor over 10 years ago, Renee then turned to pilates to help her own pain and numbness associated with lumbar stenosis. She found (and continues to find!) tremendous benefits for her mind and body through the practice of pilates.

    About 5 years ago, Renee decided to become a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT) so she could share the tools that helped her improve her life. She wants to help people be active and to move with ease and comfort.

    Renee strives to help people prevent musculoskeletal pain, and to alleviate it when it does occur. She accomplishes this by teaching better posture, body alignment and body mechanics, with the ultimate goal of maintaining movement and an active lifestyle for years to come.

  • Registered Yoga Instructor in Lafayette Hill, PA

    Maggie Kebler-Bullock, RYT

    Maggie is a 500-hour registered yoga instructor who has been practicing yoga for over a decade.

    She found yoga during a personal trauma and was quickly drawn to the community, strength of the practice and the devotional experience through Bhakti. She fell in love with the Jivamukti style that was taught at the studio, which incorporated uplifting music, rigorous movement and liberation of the body and soul.

    She obtained her 200-hour Vinyasa teaching certificate in 2014 at Buddha B Yoga in Washington, DC and focused on teaching private and semi-private classes.

    In 2019 she and her family moved out to the Main Line and she was lucky enough to find Prana Das Yoga in Ardmore, PA. Here she experienced a deep appreciation of Ashtanga and Yin, and in 2020 received an additional 300-hour teaching certificate through the studio. Although a Vinyasa instructor, Maggie draws influence from Ashtanga, Jivamukti and Yin to create a unique, challenging and joyful experience in her classes.

    You will leave feeling uplifted and a little sweaty! She is so excited to be working with her best friend, Dr. Fields, and joining the incredible team at CLIMB.

    No prior experience is required. Come with an open mind and an open heart.
